Terms and Conditions of Sale
All orders paid via credit card are charged at the time of purchase. If paying via Check by Phone, your payment will be processed when your order is placed.
Some games require assembly. We can provide telephone assistance at no charge. Unless otherwise paid for and noted on your invoice, assembly and/or setup is not included in the purchase price.
New items deemed to be defective will be replaced or repaired under the original manufacturers' warranty. Defective parts or products must be returned before replacement parts or products are shipped out. Monkeys
Arcades will assist you in obtaining phone numbers and reaching the manufacturers technical support staff. Used products are sold as is and guaranteed to be working upon shipment.We offer a 72 hour test period as described in the Quality Test Procedures below.
When your item is shipped via freight, the delivering carrier will contact you to set up a delivery appointment. If the carrier does not reach you directly by phone, they will leave a message or send an email requesting a phone call to arrange for a delivery appointment. Within 48 hours of the carrier contacting you (either by phone or email) you must contact them to schedule a delivery appointment. The delivery appointment must be scheduled within 3 business days from the carrier contacting you. If a delivery appointment is not scheduled, you may incur storage fees of $75 per day per item. Your order will not be released until all storage fees have been paid. Your order will be deemed undeliverable if you fail to schedule a delivery appointment within 10 days of initial contact by the carrier. If the item(s) are deemed undeliverable they will either be returned to Monkeys Arcades or put up for public auction. You will be required to pay all additional shipping and storage fees if your order is returned to Monkeys Arcades and/or put up for public auction. NO refunds or credits will be given if you fail to schedule a delivery appointment. If you schedule a delivery appointment and are not at the address when the carrier arrives, you will be responsible for a re-delivery fee. Re-delivery will not be scheduled until the fee is paid. Re-delivery fees vary by carrier but will not be less than $100. Monkeys Arcades is not responsible for any damage incurred by freight carriers or delivery companies to any property or person. All claims for damage must be filed directly with the freight carrier or delivering company.
You must thoroughly inspect all of your packages before accepting delivery. If your package is damaged or if cartons are missing you should not accept the delivery without contacting a Monkey's staff member. If you refuse delivery, you must note on your shipping receipt, Bill of Lading, "refusal due to damaged contents" and list a detailed description of the damage. If there is any visible damage that you believe is minor, you must write on your shipping receipt (B.O.L) a detailed description of the damage, exactly where the damage is and the words 'SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION'.If the driver does not allow you to sign the delivery receipt in the above mentioned procedures, sign "Refusal of Delivery Due to Damage" and call us. All damage must be reported to Monkeys Arcades within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. If your item(s) are damaged during transit and damage to the package is not noted on the shipping receipt (bill of lading) as described above, Monkeys Arcades will not allow any return or exchange nor reimburse any portion of the sale.In the event this occurs, we can only assist with insurance claims, repairing your game, and replacing parts as needed.This will be done at the customer's expense.
Quality Test Procedures
In addition to the above, all new equipment will be warranted per the manufacturers' policies. Used items are guaranteed to be working upon shipment. No other warranties or services are expressed or implied.Monkey's Arcades will offer a 72 hour test period on all used machines that starts at the moment of delivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer to report in writing or via email any and all problems within the first 72 hours. You must include specific details regarding the game and the problem that you are experiencing. If there is a problem during that time, Monkey's Arcades will provide telephone assistance and replacement parts at no cost. Labor for a technician at your location will not be covered at anytime under this agreement. The buyer assumes the responsibility of having a qualified technician onsite at the buyer's expense to perform diagnostics and repairs. Parts for used machines will not be covered for problems that occur after the initial 72 hour test period. This policy does not apply to any damage which occurred during shipping. All shipping related damage must be processed as a shipping claim. Please refer to the Delivery Inspection section for details regarding damaged items.
Used Items are sold in 3 categories, Refurbished, Pre Played, or Clearance.
- Refurbished: Games are inspected and tested. Any non working parts are replaced. Any dents or scratches are repaired. Cabinet style and color may vary.
- Pre Played/Used: Games will come to you in 100% working condition. The items will be cleaned and touched up but may have normal wear, minor scrapes, dents and fading. Monitor style, cabinet style and color may vary. Monitors may have minor screen "burn".
- Clearance: Sold as is, in working condition.
Due to product availability and manufacturer discontinuations, Monkeys Arcades has the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund. You will be notified via phone, email, or other reliable address you have provided in the event such instance should occur. All Used, Pre Played and Clearance items will ship approximately 2-4 weeks after the order is placed and full payment is received.
Returns and Exchanges
Items cannot be returned because of shipping delays which are often out of our control; unless a delivery date was guaranteed in writing by an associate at Monkeys Arcades. Also, items can not be returned if they do not fit in your desired location. Many items in our store are large and over-sized and it is the responsibility of the end user to make the proper measurements. Dimensions for most items are listed under the "technical specs" section of each product listing. Please call for measurements on items where dimensions are not listed. If Monkeys Arcades does approve a return or exchange the items must be returned in its original condition and packaging. All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Used, Preplayed,
Clearance or Custom Order items cannot be returned for any reasons. All sales are final on these items.
On new items, there will be a 15% restocking fee charged for any canceled orders after your payment has been processed if the item(s) has not yet been shipped. Custom orders can not be canceled or returned for any reason. If your order has already been shipped, there will be a 30% restocking fee and you will also be responsible for any original inbound, outbound and return freight charges.All sales are final on Used, Preplayed or Clearance items, these orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Machines sold by Monkeys Arcades are to be used in a legal State, in a legal manner.The user and/or purchasing party determines the legalities of local law.The user and/or purchaser has the ability with some games, at any time and for any reason, to change the settings within the games, therefore the liability of legalities surrounding the machines are the sole responsibility of the purchasing party.
Original Manufacturer Warranty:
If it is determined that an item is covered under warranty, the defective parts or products must be returned before replacement parts or products are shipped out. All new games and products purchased from Monkeys Arcades come with the Original Manufacturer Warranty. New games and products purchased with no additional warranties are limited to only the Original Manufacturer Warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. All Used, Preplayed and Clearance items are not sold with the original manufacturer's warranty.Manufacturer warranties are as follows:

New Item Warranty Restrictions:
Please note all warranties above will become completely null and void if any of the following apply:
- Game is abused or misused in any way
- Game is dropped or knocked over
- Game is repaired by anyone other than a technician approved by Monkeys Arcades
- Game is used in a commercial environment
- Game is placed in direct sunlight or outdoors
- Game is damaged due to water or flooding
- Game is moved from its original location
- Game is altered or changed in any way
Warranty does not cover shipping damage, improper use, failure to follow instructions, improper installation / maintenance, accidental damage, any damage caused by excessive heat or humidity, any damage caused by storms, lightning or excessive voltage, or any game that is purchased with an optional bill or coin acceptor.
This site and the new materials and new products on this site are provided with full manufacturers warranty. Warranties vary from product to product. Average warranties average from 60 days to 1 year, some shorter and some longer. Please call for specific product warrant information that is not listed. All used products are sold as is with no warranty unless otherwise noted. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Monkeys Arcades disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Monkeys Arcades does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Monkeys Arcades does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.
