Shipping Terms and Conditions
In-home Delivery: Items available for in-home delivery include all arcade games and specialty arcade games, pinball machines, jukeboxes, coin-op dartboards, pool tables, shuffleboard tables, bowling games, vending machines, photo booths, redemption games, skee-ball, kiddy rides and other items over 175 lbs. All other items in the store are only available for curbside shipping with liftgate service unless special arrangements are made. Please call to verify if in-home delivery is available for a certain product, or if you need in-home delivery on these special items.
Shipping Method Availability: Most items available on our site will be shipped via Allied Van Lines Freight, CH Robinson and R&L Carriers. Some products however, will be shipped via UPS or USPS. These products include but are not limited to : touchscreens, popcorn carts, arcade legends add packs and any item that does not require freight. These products may be delivered at different times than freight products and will only be delivered to your door.
Shipping Insurance:
Insurance is included in shipping prices on all products.
Shipping Rates at Checkout:
The shipping rates displayed at check-out are the cost to ship all items that are in your shopping cart.
Multiple Items that Require Different Shipping Services:
Please call us if you want different shipping services for multiple items. For example, if you purchase a pool table and a popcorn cart. You may want in-home delivery with set-up for the pool table and curbside delivery for the popcorn cart. These arrangements can certainly be accommodated. Please call to speak with a specialist to arrange the most cost effective deliveries that work for you.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is not valid with any other discounts, coupons or special offers.
Delivery Inspection
You must thoroughly inspect all of your packages before accepting
delivery. If your package is significantly damaged you should not
accept the delivery. If
there is any visible damage or if any cartons are missing refuse
delivery and contact us immediately. We will immediately arrange a new
item to be shipped to you or a refund in the event your item can not be
replaced. Any damages must be reported to Monkeys Arcades within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. If your item(s) are damaged during transit and damage to the package is not noted on the
shipping receipt (bill of lading), Monkeys Arcades will not return, exchange or
reimburse any portion of the sale.
If you take claim of the item(s), you
the customer are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If
any minor damage has occurred that you believe can be replaced with
parts and/or repaired, please contact us and we may instruct you to note the damage on the Bill of Lading and
accept the item(s).
If you are unable to fully inspect
entire contents upon delivery, you must write "Subject To Further Inspection"
on your Bill of Lading. This will ensure that we are able to file a proper damage claim with
the shipper.
If the driver does not allow you to
sign the delivery receipt in the above mentioned procedures, refuse delivery and call us.
Please contact Monkeys Arcades to file a claim
if your item(s) has been damaged during shipment. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs if the product is refused for non-damage reasons.
Measurements:
Please be sure to measure all doorways and paths before ordering a specific item. Dimensions are provided for each item under technical specs. Please call for items in which this information is not listed.
Curbside Shipping:
If the curbside shipping option is chosen, your product(s) will be delivered to your driveway and unloaded off the delivery truck. No other services will be provided. Deliveries are scheduled by the shipping company between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Alternate delivery hours can be arranged, but a premium will be added.
In-home Ground Floor Delivery:
With the In-home shipping option, your product(s) will be delivered to the ground floor off your home or office (boxed). Ground floor constitutes no more than one stair and/or one threshold. No other services will be provided. The delivery path must be clear and the area where the game will be
placed must also be cleared. This includes removing any necessary
objects in the delivery path such as doors from doorways, stair
railings, furniture, etc. A safe clear path must also be provided
outside your home or business. This includes any snow, ice, or mud
removal that would be hazardous to the drivers. Monkeys has the right
to refuse deliveries due to unsafe/hazardous conditions. Deliveries are scheduled by the shipping company between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Alternate delivery hours can be arranged, but a premium will be added.
In-home Up or Down One Flight of Stairs:
Includes placing games/products anywhere inside a home or office that is accessible to the delivery drivers and is not up or down any more than one flight of stairs. The delivery path must be clear and the area where the game will be placed must also be cleared. This includes removing any necessary objects in the delivery path such as doors from doorways, stair railings, furniture, etc. Measurements must be made by you to ensure your item can make it to its destination. Item dimensions are available under product specifications. Please call the store to find dimensions that are not listed. A safe clear path must also be provided outside your home or business. Game Set-Up: In-home game set-up is available for most items. Please call the store for details and pricing.
Delivery Time:
Most products will be delivered within 1 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. However, some products are custom made, repaired/refurbished or subject to manufacturer delays and may require additional delivery time. In addition, some products may be delivered at different times and different days. Please feel free to call us before ordering to get an accurate delivery estimate for a specific product. If a product is returned, not signed for or not accepted due to a shipping delay, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
